  Doctor Vernon is so nice and is really good with giving you all the information. However, I was in today and I signed in and sat down waiting for my name after an hour of waiting I went up to see how long it'll take since I've been waiting so long. She asked if I signed in and I pointed out my name which was already crossed off for some reason and she asked who I was and looked up my name. She then said oh we don't know what happened but someone crossed you out and made you a no show. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I took my day off of work for this and I feel like my time I wasted waiting so long. Doctor Vernon is amazing and I'd recommend her to anyone but the girls up front need to pay attention to what they're doing. Vernon and her helper or aid did apologize for the inconvenience and that just shows their professionalism. Thank you.
